I'm afraid I don't know the song. I tried using various tools to find it. Generally if I know the song name it is the title of the webm. As I don't know this one, it is why I called it simply "fat guy plays the forks" I assume it is some traditional folk song - those are the ones I love the best, amateur people filmed in random settings playing traditional songs.

Karel Kryl is one of the most famous czech musicians. This recording happened in norway, a year after the warsaw pact invasion of czechoslovakia (august 20-21 1968).
its one of very few recordings that wasnt destroyed during the mass censorship that followed the invasion.
