Seems too excessive, as he was unarmed, only if the suspect is armed with something then it is ok to use taser, this is way too excessive, but also the suspect was very aggressive, tough choice dealing with an aggressive and not complying suspect.

Says who? If someone is uncooperative, the cop only has two options: walk away or use force. We have no idea what happened before this and why the cop was there in the first place, so we have no idea if walking away was an option. Assuming it was not an option, the options for force are hands, baton, or taser. Hands are not generally an option when the cop is alone, so that leaves either taser or good old fashioned hickory ass-whoopin. Taser seems like the less dangerous option.

I changed my mind about the excessive force claim, and the police were there because the suspect assaulted his next door elderly neighbor, which would be the 20+ times police have been called to this same address, same suspect for prior separate incidents. Good job officer.

You're just making excuses for the cop. The fact is, cops are trained to escalate to achieve compliance. This works well on the vast majority of non-compliant people but of course there is always some who refuse to listen. This may not even be a problem if cops weren't all a bunch of pussies who can't take a fat tub of lard down by themselves. Unfortunately they are weak pussies so they have to kill the guy instead.
