I was looking for those mugshots that basically display a person with a considerably high melanin rate, but still branded/described as "white" person in the police mugshot/report (whether it is a male or a female)
For people that are of bad faith: in terms of pixels color have a high Red composite, 2 thirds of that value it in green composite, and a third of the red composite into the blue one
The closest example i have at disposal is pic related but this one is from a news channel and i'd need the ones that are more official
