Can someone who can read Hebrew please write out what these two pages say? Or if you have an OCR that can actually recognize the full thing, paste that? Yandex only gets bits and pieces, and even then it gets them wrong (for example it sees the books title, "בימי חורבן ושואה: ת״ש־תש״ו" as "ביבוי הורבן ושואה: ת"ש - תשיי")

Context; 1946 book by Yitzhak Gruenbaum, wherein he's alleged to have basically said the Jews of Europe are better off dead than seeking refuge in any places other than Palestine.

The white splotches are strands of hair I was worried might affect the OCR. Dunno if they came from the library or me.

Interestingly Google Lens starts the last paragraph with the "No, and I say again no!" line that the quote starts with, but it doesn't show mention of the one cow for 10,000 Jews line that's supposed to come after.

I have to wonder if it's a fake quote that sums up Gruenbaum's real sentiments; he's pretty clearly saying that it's only worth saving European Jews if they benefit the bottom line of Zionism, after all, but I'm not seeing the cow thing. Could just be Lens fucking up, too.

if you're on windows take a screenshot with the default screenshot program in windows (snipping tool) then click on the button in pic rel. It's an built in OCR that from my experience works pretty well. I tested it on your pic and it detected the text however since i don't speak hebrew or know the context i don't know if it's right

Thank you but I'm on Windows 8.1 and it doesn't have that button/tool.

Also, I cropped and straightened the paragraph in particular that I think the quote is supposed to be.
