Titled "Holland 1945" by a youtuber called "1886"; https://www.youtube.com/@1886mp4, as you might expect searching for those two terms, the name of a song and a year, on the cesspit that are modern search engines at BEST return the link to the deleted video above so I can't find a reupload anywhere.
There's a guy who used to reupload 1886's stuff when he disappeared from youtube; https://www.youtube.com/@1886_ but he's faggot that took 1886's name and started uploading cringy videos to ride on his fame, he might've had reuploaded the video at some point but I can't find it now either

The video itself was a 1:45 minute version of this specific version of the song, accompanied by other cursed images and videos, starting by the one in the thumbnail with a big 1886 watermark on the bottom right
