On android, how do I make a folder of pictures inaccessible for use by other apps like whatsapp, telegram, text messages, etc. but still able to individually select those pictures to share?
I don't want the pictures to show up as shareable when sending an attachment to a message.

Make a file called .nomedia and put it in the folder.
