I started learning with digital. Just search for drawing lessons retard and do them in your drawing software of choice. If you don't know how to use the software then just search for specific software tutorials. They are all pretty much the same but shortcuts may be different and shit has different names.
Krita is free and ok
Photoshop is paid and for drawing is kind of lacking but it has some neat features.
I don't know others but clip studio paint or SAI seem to be popular among pros.
Other than that don't go to fucking /ic/ they prefer being butthurt all day getting mad at people who make progress than actual practicing.
Some YouTube channels I can recommend
Marc Brunet - baldie who can take you from low intermediate to high intermediate, lays out good practice principles and focuses at honing basics
Sinix design - I don't ever remember what but that helped me somehow at the beginning.
Proko - masterclasses focused on classical type stuff
Mikey mega mega - should help you with sexualising bodies
However figure practice or gesture practice is probably too much for a retard like you. First you will need to train to draw straight lines, circles and curves how you want them because you probably can't even control your hand good yet without shaking and wobbling. First start a new document in your software and draw series of vertical lines and after your page is full draw series of horizontal lines intersecting them or other way around. Then draw circles of varying sizes starting from small and keep drawing bigger circles. Then wiggly lines and varying curves. Then do the curves in other direction. Keep that up for a week or so. And then start something like Marc Brunets free 30 day course
