Basically it features a purple-haired flat-chested tan-skinned elf girl after her bath in river/lake in some woods. She is wondering where the clothes she placed on a tree went. I think she had a bow? Can't be too sure.
There is a companion piece where the same character is tied to a tree by a couple of offscreen guys.
The artist of this piece also has a webcomic that I recall has a flatty witch girl he draws non-canon porn of and a tiger (I think?) girl. Those are the most distinct characters.
