Looking for an old anime.

I'm looking for an anime that appears to be 90s & 20s styled. That has a scene where a guy jumps out of a lake and disrobes a nun? In the english dub of it the guy calls her "A cheap little elf in nun's clothing".

Thanks for the confirmation. It's the anime I was looking for! It's on episode 8 near the end around the 20 minute mark. The protagonist who's voiced by Andrew Klimko helped me recognize it easier. The elf that got disrobed was sister Romina.
