Can you recommend a list of activities you'd recommend for a neet to reawaken and train their fluid problem solving and imagination, and also fix brainrot?

In ideal scenario:
1. Get hospitalized to formulate an effective combination of anti-depressants, neuroleptics and correctors. The process involves potent drugs at high dosages, so rescusitation equipment nearby allows to formulate quicker, but it still can take several months, since between iterations entire cumulative effect of certain drugs needs to be flushed out, which takes a couple of weeks. The same can also be done ambulatorily, but that requires greater care with dosages and erring on the safe side, so this way formulation can take many years.
2. Make sure you follow the prescribed scheme with regular (weekly, then monthly) checkups.
3. You'll naturally have enough motivation and energy to pursue your interests and likely a stable employment. Don't stop taking the drugs abruptly once you got first results, or just think you're stable enough now. Eventually you could gradually reduce the dosages up to eliminating the dependency completely, but it takes years and should be done via the aforementioned checkups.

For imagination, visualize things on your mind (there are also youtube videos teaching how to improve your visualization abilities) and write or draw (I personally find writing down my stream of counsciousness really easy).

The only useful thing you can do is follow courses, read/take notes, and then make something, some books:

>problem solving
- THE DEEP FRAMEWORK:: The complete 4-phase DEEP system (Discover, Engage, Execute, Perform)
- Sprint: How to Solve Big Problems and Test New Ideas
- Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones
>imagination

>brainrot
make it inconvenient and find ways to punish/reward yourself, also track everything

some good classic cinema always gets my mind engaged. has to be old though, like 1920s to 1960s anything after that becomes brainrot. 1930s is the sweet spot for me.

I kind of dread math, calculus in particular, but I'll give this one a try.
I'd love to know your other book recommendations too whenever you can.
