In ideal scenario:
1. Get hospitalized to formulate an effective combination of anti-depressants, neuroleptics and correctors. The process involves potent drugs at high dosages, so rescusitation equipment nearby allows to formulate quicker, but it still can take several months, since between iterations entire cumulative effect of certain drugs needs to be flushed out, which takes a couple of weeks. The same can also be done ambulatorily, but that requires greater care with dosages and erring on the safe side, so this way formulation can take many years.
2. Make sure you follow the prescribed scheme with regular (weekly, then monthly) checkups.
3. You'll naturally have enough motivation and energy to pursue your interests and likely a stable employment. Don't stop taking the drugs abruptly once you got first results, or just think you're stable enough now. Eventually you could gradually reduce the dosages up to eliminating the dependency completely, but it takes years and should be done via the aforementioned checkups.
