Too lazy to create a thread, and since it's the same topic:
In my case, I hid the header accidentally and it's gone forever now since a few days, I hove and nothing appears. I can't find where, in settings, am I supposed to enable it again. I even tried resetting and re-instaling. Nothing.

Try removing tampermonkey / greasemonkey which 4chanX is built with, and reinstalling it. Then try reinstalling 4chanX. If that still doesn't work, post an issue on the github.
