you do this in several ways, picrel is describing the capacity of memory you can store with you when you soul drop into the body. it seems to be fractuous, and what you glimpse is not all that is made available to you. so what you are asking is how to receive the remainder of what is possible for you.

you do this by attuning to your Archetype.
your Archetype is the Charioteer. it is the conduit for divine light between divinity and yourself. it provides your soul's spiritual framework, to which you must attune in order to tame to dark horse, which is the cave-brained do-what-feels-good aspect of yourself which comes with your body.

how do you do this? you first need to seek your archetype, and remove any artificial imposters which material reality has provided to you. thats going to be the hardest part for 99% of people. they think their material experience knows better than their primordial experience. but if you can accomplish this, you have atleast removed your shackles and have stood up. then comes the long arduous process of leaving the cave. it involves seeking for truth, because though you may not consciously be aware of it, you have a sort of memory of a memory of which you cannot remember. you begin to look for something which make this memory familiar to you again. that memory is your archetype.

you cannot brute force your way to doing this by will. it is not primarily of conscious doing, but unconscious. it is the sub-archetype framework by which your consciousness operates, which is the Noticer path. and that nourishes into conscious Noticer. but prior to that, there is a sort of innate capacity yet untapped that compels you towards that path.
