1. Destroy A.I
2. NERF computer technology (no more smart and highly easy to use tech- there needs to be a level of discomfort for computer usage. Doesn't have to be extreme, but enough that you need to make a deliberate choice to use a computer.).
3. Illegalize all advertisements.
4. Reorient tech to generally be more analog. No more smart fridges.
Those three things alone will fix alot of the problem. The issue isn't that the magic is "gone", it's that people are made the world extremely distracting. There's magical shit happening, but nobody can see it because their perception is switched over to one that's friendly to economic interests.
You know what isn't friendly to economic interest? Actual magic, because it's such a subjective experience that you can't SELL it. Infact, the actual experience of real spirituality, is completely counter to being bought or sold.
So you have to boil it down and sell images reflecting it- cults, tee shirts & swag, lifestylism, etc.
If you want to read enchant the world you need to target the infrastructure of commerce and distraction, because the actual issue again isn't that it's "gone".
It's that you're deliberately being inducted into a way of thinking and life that makes it impossible to engage with or see it.
