Suffering exists because Pleasure exists.
Consciousness seeks experience to feed the small part of itself that is in relation to The Infinite.
In order for the Infinity of the omniscient essence that most would call "god" (yet carries no name or will) to exist as a form of Infinity it must experience All.
To experience All does not exclude suffering.

This is why it is considered "demonic influence" to seek a path of reduced suffering, as it is in protest of the design of this duality.
