It was a long time ago, it was a crazy dream so didn't bother to tell it.

Basically Iran Nukes Israel with 3-4 nukes to be exact US hits Iran all around creating a general radioactive cloud that has like 3 rings major inhospitable radiation Turkey Egypt somewhat not so much All of Afghanistan Turkmenistan etc. A lot of Southern Europe has light or medium contamination. This won't start WW3, but it would make a sort of shock that will make the world sort of stay still for a moment.

The Middle East will be forgotten in history. The world will become less hospitable but would still be livable.

i had a dream there would be semi trucks and armed men foreign men will jump out and massacre everyone around them with machine guns. the quelling is coming
had this dream pre pandemic idk why i wanted to throw that in
there will also be more meteor the sky will turn red in day time. according to my dreams that is. it will land in the ocean causing flood and new lands. volcanic chain reaction from impact.

This will never happen because
A. There is petroleum there, which means a lot of money, and money is the only thing USA and Israel are after.
B. The technology to build nukes was lost.

Problem with the middle east in addition to Israel being such an area of contention is many of the country's there just don't get along.
It's almost inventible either a country with a nuke in the area will drop one and then either
getting attacking retaliatorily. Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Egypt, Iran and even Iraq could kick something off. We'd unironically be better off leaving them all to it with the threat of attack us or allies and you'll get smushed. How regions an unstable mess and has been even prior to the 1920s.
