Personally, Blue seems like it means a narrow range of variance between consciousnesses, showing an alignment of sorts between a plethora of parties. This would indicate that Blue means many people are thinking the same and they're easily manipulated or something similar. Red would mean, instead, that there is a diversity of thought (not the bad kind of diversity) and that it's harder to do a psyop, start a war, crash an economy, etc. due to the resulting disparity or coherence in the thoughtform being projected materializing.
As an example, to me, I'd understand staying on Red during this Israeli and Iran affair to mean that we're not going to be so easily psyoped into starting WW3 or something along those lines.
The way it's set up currently, I don't know which is which. I don't know if I should rejoice or freak the fuck out.
