anons from china/taiwan (or anyone who has experience), I ask for your help. I want to learn how to practice qigong and maybe even neidan internal alchemy, but where I live there are no teachers or masters or genuenly anyone who could help me. and besides reading books and watching youtube videos for practice, having someone who can guide you and help you with the basics (like an initiation) seems the best way. would it be wise to seek online teachers? and if yes, what would you say to look out for (negative traits/positive ones). Thanks in advance!

Start by listening to this audio in its entirety. That’s your initiation into Godhood on the astral plane. From there things will trickle down into the lower realms and ultimately the physical.

therefore it is best to learn the ground level things that will support the other endeavors which build upon it
>would it be wise to seek online teachers?
for the basics, I am olfactoryanon and I post here plenty often teaching pretty much exclusively the basic fundamentals of good practice
as far as things of the depth of internal alchemy go, no, do not learn this stuff online. learn all the prerequisites and once you've established a serious habit over a couple years' time, then go find someone that can teach you internal alchemy, and you'll already have your foundation complete and can accelerate at a good pace.

Every school is different. Many share meditation as a central practice but a lot of times that’s where their similarities end. Listen to the audio posted earlier and you’ll have a head start that others can’t imagine. For instance many people are curious about qigong hoping to be able to shock people with qi but 99% arent able to because a lot of reasons: the lineage was never intended for that, the secrets weren’t passed down and preserved, it was never authentic to begin with etc. There are lineages that can get you there very fast but they are pricey and hard to arrange a meeting with while you can do qi gong in the park and meditate for hours on end and make no progress in your goals (if it’s supernatural stuff). The internal alchemy I offer in that video is the stronger in spiritual warfare and healing although it takes time for the body to adapt.

this is why I teach meditation basics and let the reader decide for himself what active practices are to be undertaken
>meditate for hours on end and make no progress in your goals
there's key components that if missed, handicap the entire effort
>The internal alchemy I offer in that video is the stronger in spiritual warfare and healing although it takes time for the body to adapt.
part of the reason JAJ's stuff isnt anything I would recommend is because there's this misconception that internal alchemy and TCM overlap way more than they really do.

whenever there is insufficient emphasis on certain core fundamental things,
you just know that following that guidance isnt going to get you anywhere
it was one of the big problems with mantak chia's stuff aside from his preposterous emphasis on the big draw: next to no emphasis on just how important rigorously cultivating the fundamentals are

Most people are clueless as to where to go and will spin their wheels practicing the basics with no real progress.

Park qigong is park qigong and will only bring vitality at best.

There’s absolute overlap between the two depending on the school but he gave away tid bits of esoteric knowledge and I was able to access them via samadhi.

who's suggesting that chi kung in the park is going to do more?
its simply a fact that if one wants progress then one needs to train hard core
when I speak of fundamentals I'm mainly talking meditative fundamentals where rigor is absolutely essential for solid progress
without those, any deeper practice just isnt really going to take place on an appreciable level

to be honest it is. I wrote that I wanted to learn qigong because I wanted to move on after that (in a more ritual/magic way), thats also why I am so vehement on finding a good teacher even if it is only online

unfortunately all my other bookmarks of my posts on this 404
because, well, you know what jannies are
but in a nutshell, you use anapanasati to refine and streamline
a major focal point is keeping the awareness
rote hardcore habituation is the #1 thing that will take your practice to the depths you seek
this becomes more relevant once you can make the spark appear, since the arising of a random thought will destroy it
it winds up being that thinking consumes the same energy that these phenomena need to have built up in order to manifest something real and unequivocal
random thoughts are a killer in this sense because if you can get there and a random thought pops off, the light is gone and its not coming back soon
the senses use up a lot more energy than one might think,
but without a truly significant alteration in the baseline consumption, one is never able to really tell this for sure
I can tell you this for sure, having accomplished it a bunch of times
like all conditioning, if you dont keep it up, it goes

You could but I would just do my research beforehand.

It really depends on your goals. I’m not versed in Taoist ceremonial magic. There’s stuff like this where he is blessing an object with his own qi.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=xUwmsKB-Ov0&pp=ygUNUmVhbCBuZWlnb25nIA%3D%3D

The authentic stuff is very difficult to learn online. I’m a very lucky/rare individual who did but I also had the work ethic/luxury to meditate hours on end every day and not everyone has that.

I was led to enjoy the Great Tao in my Buddhist practice, but I only know one very basic mechanism: submitting thru yin and then actively producing the force of yang. This is the baseline text of the Tao Te Ching but I was wondering if there is anything more advanced or artistic to it? Keep in mind I'm a Buddhist, my goal is to just "enjoy the Great Tao" but it needs to be more Creative than just yin->yang, unless someone intermediate will say that's really all there is. Once you learn this basic flourish you can overcome a lot, it just feels stupid doing the same "trick" repeatedly

>submitting thru yin and then actively producing the force of yang
yin and yang feed each other
the lines begin with yang to yin
this is action leading to stillness
continued practice sees a form of yang leap out from the depths of yin
its not quite so much actively produced so much as the actions support the mechanism, and the mechanism plays out
once the breathing reaches yin, the heart is yang
once the heart reaches yin, the great stillness contains the spark of yang
it arises anew not by trying to produce yang, but by continuing the practice and letting the fruits emerge
outcomes cannot be chased and purposefully produced
this is why it is said we can but arrange the conditions for certain phenomena to arise
when the spark of samahdi leaps from the great stillness, there's nothing one can do to actively make this happen
except to continue arranging the conditions until they are ripe

Tiandehui are Triads. The old school ones know The Shit. Them and the descendants of Qing Bang/Green Gang all came from smugglers who in turn were influenced by Luo Menghong, and various other Chinese esoteric buddhist and daoist practices/schools.
