These kinds of narratives are inherently obviously false because God forced me to exist at least once from a point of complete innocence, where I had never lived a previous life, and that is absolutely demonstrative of his willingness to force me to exist against his will, it makes it explicitly clear that God forces me to exist entirely on his own whim, there is nothing I can do to influence his decision to force me to exist, he can and has forced me to exist from a position where he wouldn't be able to fabricate the slightest excuse for it and there is absolutely no reason to believe that he ever won't just do the exact same thing again. holding one spiritual belief in favor of another is fine and deciding between them is an important exercise of ones free will, that being said its better to not think in terms of absolutes. Yes reincarnation is not a Christian belief as we define Christianity, that being said there is truth to be found almost everywhere if you know how to pick the good from bad. I think if you seriously examine the ancient texts themselves regardless of where they come from, and read them directly (not someone's interpretation of them) you will find all old religions/philosophies/schools of thought are getting at the same thing just emphasizing different aspects. I think on a fundamental level reincarnation is in no way conflicting with the Christian doctrine, you don't have to think this and I have no stake in you thinking anything one way or the other but I would not be so quick to cast other interpretations or thoughts as "personal heresies" that conflict with "the truth". Even Christ in the garden and on the cross faced uncertainty, its part of the human experience.
