If you feel tainted, turn to Jesus, repent your sins and ask to be healed. You will be cleansed, both mind and soul. Read Bible and spend time with God and ask for Holy Spirit. Dmt can open you for evil influences/entities and shatter perception in the worst cases, so that your natural filter breaks. But nothing evil lasts if you have personal relationship with Jesus, I have seen, experienced it myself regarding psychoactive triggers in my own life. Jesus loves you and we all need his salvation work to gain eternal life with God, not only for healing on this earthly journey.

So use this current bad feeling and past bad experiences as a motivation! Let it be a wake up call to be serious about your salvation and Jesus. Better soon than never and this is the only thing that matters here on Earth, especially with how situation of the world is right now. We are never promised tomorrow.

We don't need anything else to be saved than be serious about our wish to repent, just give ourselves to Jesus and be sincere in asking Holy Spirit to be given to us. Not only we will gain eternal life, in so a simple way, we triumph over the world.
