I am looking for data on Sid Siemer and his work with the finders. His work on/in "Monarch".

Anything on Boeche's alleged contact with DIA/NSA guys concerning an experiment where three people died. Involved psychotronics under a seeming bogus term "negative healing,". Two malevolent entities/NHI were in contact.

An air force sergeant named Sherman was working in a project communicating with NHIs. It sounds eerily similar to what Boeche discussed. The NHIs sounded aggressive and called humans "water vessels". Is this stuff connected to what Boeche talked about? This "project Preserve Destiny" is it connectwd to Monarch???

A guy who went by Weston Paradigm did several deep dives into Aquino and other topics. His channel was on odysee, but it's gone and I'm not sure if his videos are saved anywhere. He was a WN and left the scene after it came out that he committed some financial crime? Not sure on the last bit, but he had quality content, and several hours of Aquino, several multi hour streams. I think any info available online was covered.
