You said that God only allows use to perform sex under certain circumstances, and then just after, you said that God's will is perfect.
If God's will was perfect,
then we wouldn't be able to disobey his will.
That we are able to disobey his will,
means his will is imperfect.

In truth, everything that has ever happened, God allowed; not the being your religion is speaking of, but the true God.
The true God creates everything,
his will IS perfect,
it has never been disobeyed,
because all manifestation is his will.
