>What is a tulpa?
A tulpa is an entity created in the mind, acting independently of, and parallel to your own consciousness. They are able to think, and have their own free will, emotions, and memories. In short, a tulpa is like a sentient person living in your head, separate from you. It’s currently unproven whether or not tulpas are truly sentient, but in this community, we treat them as such. It takes time for a tulpa to develop a convincing and complex personality; as they grow older, your attention and their life experiences will shape them into a person with their own hopes, dreams and beliefs. And eventually your tulpa will be able to do more things as it gets stronger.

>How can I make a tulpa?
Just pick a guide that suits you, you don't have to pick from these specific ones but these are pretty good and recommended:

The size of my natural form is too large for this right now, I have to maintain a human transformation or the spell breaks

Why would you want that? There's a perfect safety and intimacy in the fact that they're internal and part of you, safety and intimacy which you can't get with any external person.

Anyway no. Tulpas can't manifest because they are psychological, not metaphysical, in nature. We should really be using another term without spiritual baggage... but it's the one that stuck and too late to change now.

maybe autonomous psychological entity would work? it describes what people in this thread means by Tulpa pretty well without needing to have it conflated with Tibetan tulpas

Closest thing to is to project it on the astral realm/obe, altough you need a lot of practice and intent. I once projected outside my body by accident and i though about her, i could see her features, and even grab her hand softly altough she didnt move that much, nor i was able to last too much in this state. The sensations were real, but her shape was quite contrasting on comparison with the enviroment around which was way more realistic, as if she was a doll.
