I saw someone get kidnapped in 2009 when my parents were dropping my sister off at college, it was like 9 PM and there were still people walking around.
My childhood best friend and I were walking in the woods in our neighborhood as it was getting dark out one summer we saw this really sketchy guy rush past us and then he turned his head to see if we were still looking at us and then he started running, it spooked the hell out of me.
