I learn and meditate and there's a part of my practice that's hard to gain and keep momentum with. I liken it to climbing a hill, just to get going with it once more.
Anyway I made it back to my favorite spot, this thread is in celebration of that.

this is why people get lost in techniques and systems.

Congrats bro.
I find what helps me achieve those states is actually not doing active meditation.
When I do active breath techniques most of the tike I tend to overshoot into instability.

Oh, right.
I tend to undershoot, and stop breathing.
So I think the rule is, mindfulness of breath:
Sometimes let the breath be. Sometimes regulate it, in a situationally appropriate way. And gently enough that it doesn't overtake your watchfulness capacity.

Its not that you don't get results by "over regulating" the breath, so much as you cause active madness via overflow without dampening.
Ejaculating when you do that to yourself is actually a safety protocol to protect you from your own delusions.
