I am trying to find anything on Aquino and "Monarch", "White Eagle Underground/Lodge", "The Star Chamber", etc.

I am looking for data on Sid Siemer and his work with the finders. His work on/in "Monarch".

Anything on Boeche's alleged contact with DIA/NSA guys concerning an experiment where three people died. Involved psychotronics under a seeming bogus term "negative healing,". Two malevolent entities/NHI were in contact.

In a podcast Boeche mentioned off hand that he traced the two guys he was talking to back to Offutt AFB...

Paul Bonacci and others have said they were ritually tortured and programmed at Offutt. Paul mentioned Michael Aquino. He said his handler was command chief master sergeant Bill Plemmons.

An air force sergeant named Sherman was working in a project communicating with NHIs. It sounds eerily similar to what Boeche discussed. The NHIs sounded aggressive and called humans "water vessels". Is this stuff connected to what Boeche talked about? This "project Preserve Destiny" is it connectwd to Monarch???

Were the alien genetic experiments related to the Monarch ritual abuse? We got guys like Barber and Strieber talking about trauma in early childhood inducing"psi" abilities. This sounds an awful lot like Monarch and Preserve Destiny...

Sorry I was being facetious, yes they can run DOOM.
Once you can programmatically insert, delete, and alter memory the process of creating a turing complete system is a university level task. Add parallelization through implants and the historical archive of mental calculus tricks to perform efficient computer tasks developed by professional human computers and you have a quite powerful supercomputer capable of running actual computer code -and- with access to everything a human can do already normally.
The tech is old-school core rope memory and the bare minimum definition of a neurolink, but it only needed to _work_.
No fancy magic tech necessary just basic computer science, mind control programming, and 0 ethics.
Once you have a bigger and faster supercomputer earlier than anyone else all you have to do is spy on all the tech companies, copy their software, and wait for someone to develop a useful program.
