He does, all the time. Most people are just too... loud, to hear Him. He doesn't speak in words, He speaks in feelings, in thoughts, and not to your ears, but to your heart/mind/soul, whatever you want to call it.

You can hear Him any time you like. Just find a quiet place to sit or relax for a while and turn your conscious mind off, let it settle down, let it be quiet. Then you'll hear Him. That's what prayer/meditation is all about.

I thought god was up there in the sky. However, he is not; he is a spark which can fuse the total mind in each of us into something entirely new which was not there before (a description of irreversible chemical processes)

you ever have sleep paralysis? or be so afraid you cant move? Thats what you are. You cant even move your own body, god does it for you in accordance to your will so that your decisions can find their consequences and you can be judged.

Its bevause Noah made him promise not to since the results of infinite power acting physically in a finite world are necessarily catastrophic.
Its called the rainbow promise, and the LGBT community mocks god for it constantly.
