im 25 with out a beard, i spent the last 6 months incorporating thinking about beard growth in to my routine of meditation in my last 4 or 5 sessions my face feels warm when i do think about my beard growing

It's genetics. You'll always be able to grow the hair that your genetics determine at any particular point in your life. That, and endocrine disruption, but the latter is pointless to think about, and generational. You can't do anything about it since it's set in the womb.

When I was in my 20s I could grow chin fluff and not much else. I couldn't have a 12 o clock shadow.

In my late 30s I could grow an extremely thick moustache, and thick hair on the chin and along the jawline and underneath, but still almost nothing on the cheeks. And that remained true in my 40s.

Hair will continuously increase with age, but your basic genetic potential and preset endocrine levels will remain true throughout your life.

I think if u can't grow a beard naturally, its best to just be clean look, go with your natural look

I will use eminem as an example, i am 100% sure he is genetically not allowed to grow a beard, and i think he did rogaine to grow hair on his chin and it looks very uncanny and unatural, he is not suppose to have hair there and you can immediately tell.

mine is basically the same except slight less on the bottom back jaw

it sucks I can grow a full goatee but it still looks dirty to be so I keep it trimmed anyway. some guys look alright with a dirty feces beard and others dont, I only look alright with a mustache and chin hair idk why probably my face structure. if I could grow a full beard I might try but the sides never showed up for me either
