Well, since this is is playground, one can argue that it's a test. To see who would side with Him or who wuould side against Him. Like, if you defend God for creating such a thing and put the blame on other thing then you are clearly siding with God. But if you are on of those who question His authority then you are clearly siding against Him. So it's just a test. But I don't deny that the person who has that is suffering. Meaning comes from observed association. That is the necessary condition of meaning, and by all accounts these things are suffering in meaning.
