I mean you can probably beat someone to death with it. Can't really see someone choking on the glass piece.

Oh, you're asking if a childrens board game can summon spirits. No, it can't.
Anonymous No.40597731 [Report]
No, no more dangerous than using a pendulum to ask yes or no questions.
Spirits can touch your brain and make your hand move in uncontrollable ways.
It's not a big deal, they can do it even if you're nowhere near a ouija board.
It's a toy.

There have been at least 3 cases of people dying after using it. But there are many others that don't.
So take your chances

Never play alone, always ask for permission to start and to end, and if possible do it somewhere else your own home.

Honestly I wonder if much of the horror stories come from people who are more or less unaware of the spirit realm messing with them, and not to say there aren’t dangers, but if so,Rome’s has a moderately good understanding of esoteric things, would have a much lesser chance of things getting out of hand. I think a lot of the warnings against them come from abrahamic place viewing it as “witchcraft” or satanic…. Thoughts?

Rome is central station for those entities. The Roman Catholic Church is about as satanic an organization can get. Ouija boards allow anything and everything to communicate, and in my naive experience (as a young child using one) most of them are dumb liars who can’t get basic facts straight about the people they’re impersonating.
One time though I was using it with my sister and her friends to talk to someone who claimed to be a black civil war vet, and when one of the friends left without saying “goodbye” a closet opened on its own and sent a big bouncy exercise ball bouncing across the room

I meant to type “if someone has”. No idea why it autocorrected to “Rome”. I have never personally used a quinoa board, and have always felt it better to avoid them. I agree with you about entities being deceptive. I found Tracy Twymans book on her quinoa experiences to be a fascinating read though.

I don't remember ever playing it myself, but I have 3 first hand accounts of someone who did thrice and every time glass shattered without anyone touching anything. Wouldn't know what to make of that exactly, but as a christian I'm not about to find out.

Yeah. Every other form of spirit divination relies on the human to filter or interpret the spirit. So if the human is religious, protected, a good person, mentally healthy, or an NPC (atheist) they have the ability to cut off the spirit from the divination medium. Ouijia Board is the only spirit divination method that gives things direct access to the object without the human filtering it/keeping it under control. This is why Ouijia Boards have such a bad reputation. The spirits dont have to get through your minds filters they can just wreak havoc no holds barred.

I made one and offered it to my brother, so he could scare his wife, it was more a prank. They did a session for fun and he tried to scare his wife as I expected, but he says the thing then started to move by itself and there were strange noises in the house, which scared him too. But those who were really scared as fuck were both his two daughters and the boyfriend of one of them, who was there too. (You'd expect teenagers these days to be hardcore and not easily scared though.) Since then, one of his daughters says she saw a ghost several times, always the same, an old farmer. He doesn't speak or anything, he's just there, looking at her. They think they somehow made him appear. She says she was scared at first but now she's used to see him and she doesn't care. When I asked her she said "If he was to harm me, he would have already."

Quinoa boards can be dangerous if you use them too much. Could cause bloating.
Anonymous No.40601217 [Report]
i personally think they should not be used until you know very well where the wood came from and who made it, as well as the earth it grew in and the land it is used above
you are literally invoking names through gravity, mediated by wood; be aware what that means, that's all!

P.S.: *holds up spork* did you know that cellulose is always cellulose, and that chewing literally any little stick you find on the floor is digestive fiber? The more you know! Toodles~

Number of ouija boards in circulation worldwide: 50 million.
Number of recorded ouija board related deaths: 3(2 murders, 1 suicide).

You do the math. Are ouija boards dangerous? Possible, if you mentally ill. However, let it be noted that there has never been a case of a ouija board demon actively harming anyone.

Walmart sells guns and ammo and knives and acids and explosive materials. I don’t think danger is a concern for them.
Anonymous No.40604395 [Report]

The funny thing is, people think that how it's produced matters...it doesn't. Spirits know what an Ouija Board is, how it works and its intention. Intent is the only thing that matters in the astral world.

nonsense. It's very hard to connect the usage of the board with some sort of fatality or other issues associated with it. Paranormal spirits absolutely can cause problems for people and potentially kill them. I feel sorry for all the schizos that have to deal with this stuff 24/7 and can't ignore it like having a bunch of TV stations playing simultaneously in their head.

You can get the same results from using dorritos and scribblings on computer paper, because the ghost doesn't care about the physical board. People who repeat this line are true midwits.
