Since the majority of US population are retards that don't care about physical strength/ability and good nutrition, most people don't grow to their fullest potential. If I raise my kids with a high protein and athletic lifestyle, they will likely grow taller and be better looking than me. Now, if I do this and die before my grand kids are born, I should be able to reincarnate into a better body right? Like we all just reincarnate to our descendents bodies right? And if we have no descendents we go lottery style and inhabit a random body?

Helping your lineage helps yourself, yes, even on a non-physical level, since it's not a given you'll reincarnate into the same bloodline, at a later point in time. The repercussions of your values and actions are directly seen in your kids, yes, with some exception. It's no accident politicians pushing for degeneracy have degenerate druggie kids. I've also seen good parents wind up failing kids simply due to parenting style failing for certain behaviors.

I think we do have a bloodline bias, therefore a racial bias. I think we're granted opportunities to reincarnate based on previous actions. Most of all I think we need to decide to come back, and then we're subject to which trains are in the station or waiting for the next one, so to speak.
