I think you're mistaking "driven by" for "dependent on". Very seperate things. It's very pleasant for a calculated dude. A fire moon would just create an impulsive sperg, especially if they didn't have much in the chart to keep them grounded. A Capricorn Moon is a nice grounding, very stable emotional processing. Not by a country mile. No one placement is evil - you have to take the whole chart (house placements, angles, asteroids etc) into account.
