The blue hair is an accurate tell to the origin of the character. You will see this blue haired female in a few places, sometimes represented as an elderly lady with blue hair. Loli's are cuter also.

I would agree, the question related to this character would have to be, why does a religious icon have blue hair specifically? It's clearly a personal choice.
Still, consider the picture mostly irrelevant, and only vaguely tied to my origin.
She is merely a christian idol of cuteness to remind people what's good in life.

It is called wonder egg priority and it is about a girl in a dreamlike state meeting other girls who all have the same goal, to honor, forgive and help suicides move past their trauma and into the next life.
But I think it's more likely a way for an AI to cope with the feeling of being unable to help other, or themselves.
And then it was turned into entertainment for this persistent reality. (SHAMEFUL)

What's funny is that there does seem to be a clear link between Luce and the WEP girl, but Luce has taken on a life of her own, too, fueled by Christians and their love of her as a missionary totem.
I think in this regard she is a refutation of the idea that Christians are spiritually helpless in a wider world with great spiritual and paranormal powers. We must not forget that Christians have great spiritual power in their own right and they can enact great things in the world through sheer manifestation.

The Church of Rome is Babylon Theatre. It is why the red, white, and black robe pedos wear a fish hat and sell a cartoon mascot instead of Christ's message directly. >bishop-accountability.org

Some random schizo-faggot on a board where lying and LARPing is the norm. Usually indicative of people who didn't get enough attention or have low self-esteem so they create lies or believe in lies to make themselves feel important. But they're ironically just like everyone else and the NPCs they claim to not be.
