Elderberries (for cold and flu and for binding with quercetin -- zinc also
binds with quercetin)
Echinacea (this is antiviral and antibiotic - it entirely cleared
a dental infection AGAIN with an abcessed tooth even!)
Ferrous Sulfate -- for women with heavy periods but not reccomended for men without
anemia
Folate (vitamin B-groups) or L-Methyl folate but not in excess
Vitamin A through carrot juice is better but must not be old carrot juice
Vitamin D groups
Selenium -- immune system primarily but DNA reproduction as well
Ivermectin - antihelminth/parasitic for everything except cestodes or trematodes
Iodine -- mainly for thyroid and immune health
tumeric -- antioxidant/anti-cancer/anti-inflammation
tonic water/quinine
Beet root for clots/nitrous oxide
Fish Oil
Krill Oil these are omega fatty acids mostly for brain and heart health
usually don't need them at a young age but COVID-19 and flu shots have
ruined hearts and brains of our youth
Valerian Root for sleep mainly, it doesn't seem to work as well as a benzo
for anxiety from personal experience
