Thank you for the questions. John 1 1 to me, means maybe that the word is this primordial thing. It's not a thought, it's not something that can be put into words. It's the essence of every word, the logos. And the logos is eternal and primordial if you believe the verse. The guru story doesn't resonate with me to be honest. May I ask a different question then. How does one not forget what one has come to know and how does one avoid new thoughts replacing what was known? Must you be in the aware state of mind forever? It feels slow but the mind makes its own illusions.

Can the above be avoided if you remember to remember who we are at all times? A sort of permanent mediation on the self to remind the self.
