German New Medicine compared to Mainstream Medical Practices, an image from the Olivia Winston's book called German New Medicine: An Introduction to Understanding the Mind-Body Connection and Healing Naturally
Since it's considered a pseudo-science by the scientific establishment and thus shouldn't be posted on the scientific board I think this is the best best board to do so because if supposedly most diseases can be healed just through resolving your traumas and stressors, as of now that would be considered paranormal. Does anyone here practices it and had success with it? I'm trying to learn more about it but there's so much information about it and is a bit difficult to understand it, especially how to resolve the conflicts.

i read once about people fighting candida infections for years and curing them through letting go of emotional trauma/anger. It makes sense that the body would be this connected to the stress reaction/hormones, etc

its not just those cultures
every area had shamanic healer, medicine men
europe, americas, islands, they all have herbs and roots that cure cancer and parasites more effectively than modern medicine
cascara sagrada was described by spanish explorers and used as a prescriptible laxitive until 2002 when the FDA removed because companies didnt want to do new safety studies on something used by humans for hundreds of years

I have spent years with anxiety about this due to extreme health problems half a decade ago that developed into hypochondria and extreme anxiety. My mental health has spiraled anytime my skin is not in perfect condition because of this. It's the only thing that gets to me, or was, and as a longterm occultist that is saying something.

I just, decided to stop. I've done this before, quiet drugs years ago cold turkey by just, stopping. It's always been something I can do but this was the hardest.

It was a conscious choice of realizing the cortisol levels I was giving myself is probably why my skin is getting rashes/breaking out and the other medicating I was doing probably wasn't helping.
I lived through it once, I can do it again and there is no point in worrying about a non issue.

I do have a history of meditation and law of attraction and it working for me, so I'm applying some of that along with the logic of my cortisol and stress levels making me worse.

But it was a conscious effort of deciding I'm not going to do this anymore and redirecting my thoughts.

If this does not make sense I will try to explain better.

Thanks for the reply! It does make sense but in reality from my experience it's very difficult to implement because there are always these recurring thoughts that can overtake you for no reason at all. In German New Medicine I think they are called PTSD triggers but have yet to find how they are resolved and what is actually causing them.

I wish I could write a manual on how to get rid of thoughts like that.

I think meditation could help and the therapy for redirecting thoughts that are used for OCD patients could help too.

Fake health and self-improvement practices really bother me for some reason. Like there's so much to do to be healthy already, and then new ones come along to give people hope and something new to devote themselves to and then just waste their time. I believe in and practice some alternative health, but this one I doubt is real. I have a lot of psychological issues but am physically healthy.

>Role of microbes: microbes assist in the healing process.
>no, you don't have a cold because the person next to you sneezed, you have a cold because you're ackshyually angry about something deep down, and the virus microbe is just trying to help

There's definitely a link, like some pain, eye problems, or digestive problems are caused by tensing up in response to stress, that I think more people need to take into account, but it's not everything.

They see the placebo effect being stronger than their meds in every study and monks directly killing viral infections with meditation but amazingly there are no guidelines or even cursory attempts from the medical industry to share the techniques that make it possible. It's almost like it's a satanic industry of fake jews intentionally poisoning people who get sick to keep them dependent on fake medicines and expensive hospital stays. The modern hospital is statistically the most dangerous place you could walk into, we unironically had better outcomes putting piss and leeches on people.

When I read "conflict-resolution-based healing" I know whoever made this is mentally ill and the entire paradigm it's trying to approach physical health with is the exact same one that has brownoids looting Targets and shitting in the street when applied culturally. GNM is a mind virus, not a treatment paradigm. Nothing about it is using education or techniques to control the immune system like the Wim Hof method does, it's more left wing social justice psychotherapy to brainwash and neuter people into their cult. Rest assured that whatever gains you'll make physically will be counterbalanced by the anxiety and depression these troons will infect your brain with.

Tibetan Buddhism is GERMANIC Buddhism. The Germanic people came from Atlantis, and so, to get to Germany, they crossed the Himalayas and eventually left some cultural artifacts (i.e. spiritual teachings) on what is now known as Lhasa, which then became Bon, and eventually Tibetan Buddhism. That's why the Nazis used the Swastika.

Shen-rab = Schein-rab means “shiny raven”. A reference to Odin’s ravens, Huginn & Muninn.

Zhang-zhung = Sang-sung meaning “song of Saxons”.

Himmler literally sent an expedition to Tibet to look for Nordic ancestral heritage. AND they found actual runes IIRC.

I can only share my experience, but not directly with the GNM thing, just the general idea of stress and anxiety causing physical ailments.

Many moons ago I asked for help here because at the time it seemed like my entire body was falling apart.
Various pains, inflammations, infections recurring, neuropathy etc. etc. and I legit felt like dying.
One anon recommended something similar, or maybe even this exact thing to me at the time and I followed it to an extent.
There was also a book, maybe this one "The Body Keeps the Score: Brain Mind and Body in the Healing of Trauma" so there is more than just one person claiming it.

I worked through my past, even went back and talked with the people who affected me negatively in childhood, to figure out the cause and effect of events in my life.
Turns out my whole family is a long line of trauma from abuse and they just perpetuated it.
I let go. I slowly accepted what is curable and what isn't (tinnitus) and now it doesn't bother me either.
A lot of the pain I had from herniated discs, neuropathy, inflammation etc. went away as I progressed.

Your mind really affects a lot more things than medicine often does.
If you are sick, of course go to a doctor, but focus on the healing process.
Focus on how your body is going to do the healing and fixing and then support the process both in mind and body.
I can't give you any specific mental exercise as I didn't follow a system, just the general idea as I saw fit.
The cause and effect things is important.

Take note of what truly causes your ailment.
Sometimes stress tightens certain muscles that might as well feel like something else. For example, stress can effect your pelvic floor which can cause chronic prostatitis, which will then produce UTI like symptoms.
The UTI feeling will keep you in a constant cycle of stress and tension and it perpetuates until a real infection manifests from the circumstances.
Praying helped a bit. Even if I'm not religious.

It's not about thoughts in GNM. Its more an automatic response like a rat adapting to the smell of a predator. That will trigger a SBS which is designed to give it a better chance of survival.

Even rats who have never seen a cat will trigger a SBS because it have helped its ancestors survive

It depends on what SBS we are talking about.

If its a territorial anger which effects the bile ducs because you and your panrets keeps fighting. Then the obvious choice would be to move out.

Now if that is not possible right away you just need to be patient and not panic/stress too much over the symptoms because it will only make the symptoms more intense. The SBS in itself is not paticulary dangerous. But it can become dangerous if you start panicking and reading a lot of fear porn on the internet. Everything is cancer or an emergency nowaydays.

Sometimes the only way is to move out.

If that is not possible then you have to live with the symptoms and try not to panic/stress to much about it.

GMN isn't some mircale cure. It just explain the purpose of the SBS and the cause. If its not possible to resolve it can atleast help people to stay calm and manage the symptoms a lot better

Kelder described the rites as having the potential to restore youthfulness through changing one's internal "vortexes". There is no evidence of the rites' being authenticTibetanpractices.
