To put it simply, it's not alive enough yet right now, but with AI development making progress, I am sure the Internet will become sentient one day in the near future. And what would be the paranormal implications of this scenario?

Well I guess we're gonna view consciousness, identity, religion, and spiritually in a whole new different light not only about machines and artificial intelligence themselves, but also ourselves as well.

I've watched a couple videos on this topic and I've concluded it's pretty much the same place but a little different; the only problem is tiktok... that is where most people are going to get their fix, news, and entertainment. A.I. and the algorithm work hand-in-hand when it comes to that place compared to YouTube, you can search for videos and find accurate results.

The point is that TT will make people lazier and let A.I. bots flourish and the issue will become worse over time.

The internet is a reflection of the users and what they give power. The reason it seems "dead" is because the current power system is built by corporate/shareholder interests which are purpose built to suck the soul out of creative endeavors, mixed in with "the masses" not having "the true spark of a soul" leading to a purely mechanical feeling
