Why is it that there is absolutely no way to rip a security video from a computer other than a shaky phone recording of the monitor taken from a dutch angle? Don't they have to use footage in criminal cases and whatnot? And no way to get a video file? This appears to be a uselessly placed security camera set up to record hubcaps, but I can't say for sure because I can't see the full frame.
