I'm unsure of my interpretation of this spread. The hanged man seems pretty obvious, that you'll be kind of "hands off" and "come what may" towards the events coming, and the 10 of swords makes it seem like you'll have a negative experience near the end of these two weeks, but I'm not sure where the King of Wands comes in. Here are the two interpretations that come to mind:

1. You'll let someone else make plans for you at some point, and it won't go well.
