So i bought this book off of /x/ recommendation 9 years ago. i made it 4 chapters in and applied some of the lessons into my routine. Other than my improved hygeine, the book helped me transfer energy from myself to a friend; revitalizing him. he was shocked. but like all things eventually i lost interest.

was i onto something? should i try reading through it again? what are your thoughts on the book?
