>>40634196 (OP)the most common mistake beginners make is they try too hard to get the "full" experience, then they ignore the signals they actually do get
When you are trying to scan something and you get "random thoughts", those aren't random thoughts. THAT is the signal
Same with "random flashes of an image". That isn't a random flash of an image. That's the image you're trying to scan
So don't ignore that.
Instead, zoom in on it. Explore it. ask it questions. Go "closer" to it. Scan it. Use energy work. Whatever you want, really. Use whichever techniques work best for you
But that's basically it. Beginners ignore small successes, wait for the "big one", and when the big one never arrives, they quit and then say it's all fake. No, it's real and it works.
It's exactly like weight lifting
Lift 10 pounds, then 20, then 30. Eventually you get up to 100. If you try 100 and you can't lift it, don't give up, just find something you CAN do. Then lift that lighter weight until it's easy and routine, then lift a heavier weight.
And if you can already do it, then keep leveling up until you find something challenging. Then do that over and over, until it's easy, then level up again.
That's how you make progress.
