I turned 25 years old.
I never been to jail.
I never been to a mental hospital/psych ward.

How do I maintain this?
For context, I lost my job of 6 years to a schizophrenic new hire immigrant student last month and paranoid of my life because a literal gang stalker. Longest I haven't seen him was a month and a half but he keeps lurking around my apartment at night like a schizophrenic.
