I live inside this dream that I may have inflicted on myself because I couldn't handle reality and I trapped myself in my own mental prison. Now the dream or "cancer" is trying to kill me. How do I wake up?

IDK how I/you/we wake up, which is weird coming from the abon that posts all those weird simulation type memes.

Honestly, we are not even sure we are here willingly. I think a demon or something may have trapped us. I keep seeing 666s everywhere which is very sus, and my not very common name everywhere as well. It feels like someone...or something, is trying to contact me from the real world, with the name phenomenon at least. I just hope that if we do wake up, we do not wish we did not.
