The AntiChrist will be an actual human. We know that he will be born of a Jewish nun and will be claimed to be a holy birth.

This implies that the Jews will claim he is their Messiah and he will say it is true then use that position to basically go full on genocide upon anyone who is against him. Also he'll be able to perform false miracles

He's not a concept he will eventually arrive the only thing is no one knows when but there are still several things that need to occur before it happens based on prophecy and revelations.

He made it up. Everyone can do magic and has been this entire time just like Jesus said we could. The "Antichrist" is going to be a poor kid who will be used as yet another sacrificial chicken for the Jewish to escape their judgement with.
