I have only 2 paranormal experiences that I know for sure were non-human entities, but I have never seen an Alien Spaceship or Aliens.
What gives?

You need to have seen a spaceship to be abducted by ETs.

Once you see a UFO, they investigate you, because not all humans can see them.

Only special class eyesight can see the supernatural, including and not limited to, cloaking technology.

Seen a changeling and heard a banshee wail and cry.
