Well, here's a practical one.
You can teach yourself not to have extraneous thoughts and feelings.
To do this, you just meditate once.
Now watch your thoughts but don't bother stifling them or controlling them or feeling bad if they're weird.
Just watch.
Now...that part of you watching? Yeah, that's you.
When you differentiate yourself from your thoughts you can start making it a habit and have a mind without mind.
Zen no mind it's also called.
The nice thing is if you can do it with thoughts, you can do it with feels.
Feel something you don't want to feel? Turn it off.
Thinking when you don't want to plan ahead? turn it off.

But then it changed and for yearn Ive been in a sort of endless loop trying to figure it out. I'm not, but I'm assuming my intuition told me it was worms or parasites. I took CDS for, I believe, approximately 3 months. And I saw those noodle looking things in my stool twice. While I've seen what appeared to be worms and/or parasites in my stool before, it's possible I didn't see those noodle things before taking CDS.
