Sorry I got out before seeing this. And probably this way it will be a better indicator for your readings.

I am a fighter. Its hard to make my heart go fast in a regular weight lifting push day. Then I ran a little bit, and my heart is again was not that high also.
(I also took some preworkout filled with cafein, but nevertheless thank god, my heart is decent.)
