We are just a fractal expression of infinite consciousness in a kaleidoscopic spiral of different infinite timelines, but this is just one timeline. When you are around other people, its like they you are logged in to the same server in that moment (so to say) but when you leave you are back in your own timeline
knowing this has cause a lot of issues for me i feel like everything is pointless now, like legitimately feel like nothing matters

The so called reality spheres, and the tree of life which represents all branches of all possible decisions (unrelated to the gnostic concept of the same name.) I used to call them like that, but then an old guy was interviewed on Youtube and he was using the same terms of the same things. Perhaps he was reading my 4chan posts.
Anyway, what matters is what you feel, that you like what you feel. There's a copy of you in all the spheres of all the people, some miserable, some living the life you'd want, but wait, why is that so? Why can't you be the one that lives those lives?
You can, and then you experience the best that can be experienced.
This is a good thing, it's like school, in class there's a point, to get a high grade on exams or whatever.
In recess there's no point, you can do whatever you want, finding that life is like recess is liberating because you stop searching for a meaning and an answer and can just dedicate to doing what you enjoy the most, knowing it's always the right thing to do, because the you that chooses to do a chore in someone else's sphere, because the chore is the point is the one doing it wrong.

If up near the trapezius usually what I'd try to do is pull the left arm essentially straight out away from your body once you have improved mobility as much as you can from tilting alone. I've seen it by myself, when I looked at the tree I assumed the leaves, the end of the branches represented death, like going back to the trunk, but they represent unexplored paths, you move to the end of the branch, you start making a new branch that never existed before, and that's how the tree extends.
