they eat them because it gives eternal youth. I know several myths where mythical kings ate firstborns (note. firstborns. second, third children are no longer needed. perhaps firstborns contain something valuable) and lived a very long time

Pythagorean philosophy and mathematics really have nothing to do with judaism, at least in their inception. Not saying these things weren't adopted by them, but don't get it twisted. Definitely became the cornerstone of freemasonry as well
