This spread feels kinda dire. There's a lot of anxiety and instability in this spread. B is overwhelmed and feeling extremely raw and unsettled right now. Yes there is potential but it will take time. You have to show up in small ways, learn to relate and just be genuine and consistent. Take things step by step. You have to learn to be vulnerable and also show that you are someone safe to be around. Again this is a very slow process that cant be rushed.

Okay this is extremely obvious. The reason she does is because she's in a mental prison and she basically is chained to the feeling these psychos give her. It's obviously the card of negative patterns and unhealthy attachments as well as the addiction card. This is a cycle for her, she's addicted to it, and will continue to do so. 3 of Swords is obviously the pain and sorrow card, even the swords in the heart can point to this. She carries a lot of pain and emotional damage already, the problem is she isn't seeking help to fix it. Rather, she'll just move onto the next person. Last card implies she feels defeated in life, kind of like a "I can't fight back so why even try" mentality.
