I know demons have their own sigils, but what about sigils created by yourself? Isn't that tied to anything demonic as well?
I'm not convinced what I've been told about imprinting this shit into my subconscious is necessarily what self-made sigils are about since New Age crap is so full of misdirection.
Am I just inviting demons to do what I ask or to hurt me by using sigils? Because I have no interest in dealing with infernal bitches.

Look, I had a hyperfixation on creating a specific sigil, thought it was my own, and then it turned out to be THE black flame sigil before I even knew it was a thing in the first place.

I think burning sigils may be a bad idea. Every time I made a sigil to a God, burning it caused very… supernatural things to occur.

what i meant to say; a demon would never want to reveal their actual sigil, it weilds too much power to reach them and hurt them, they might reveal it late in the game with a person they are possessing as a power move though to solidify your consent to death.

Most "sigils" you find are just mediums, something you start applying intention of WANTING to contact a demon at all; that intention of SEARCHING for ways to get a demon and then get stuff from him, thats all it is. The sigils are meant to look mysterious and scary but thats about it, they arent real sigils, ways for demons to just capture your soul.

real sigils are pretty artistic, demons have aspects in EVERYTHING; name is most important, but they have a colour, a style of speech; the style of an easy to draw, no artistic talent neccassary, simple enough to even be engraved somewhere symbol, this is a sigil and each demon will have one
